A friend of mine from work is parting out his system and upgrading so he wants to sell some parts.

He has
FS-710 server tower, msi kt333 raid ddr mother board, athlon xp 2000+, 256mb of PC2700

He is selling all this for $400 ...

I really wasn't trying to be a wet blanket, just reasonable, I mean come on, if your selling used parts I think that they should be at least 20% off of current prices.  Just my opinion.

Of course the ram could be better ram than what the cheapest is, so throw in another $20 or so, shoot for $400, I could almost put together a whole computer.
