Yea, speakin of which, do you guys have any idea, if Cstrike is strictly going to be 5v5(pre-defined teams) or if you will have 5v5(open teams) also...cause right now im stitting with a team of 3 people, and i was just wondering how the tournament will be arranged..

also there will be non-turny servers up as well.....

Another LAN Party has come and gone. I hope that fun was had by all because I certainly enjoyed myself. The Ambush Beta team played extremely well and I congratulate each and every one of you.

I can always tell when I've had a really good LAN party. Every time I close my eyes I have a game of UT playing in the back of my head. I guess I should considering how much I used the translocator.

Hats off to you as well Opie, you played well and I certainly never reallized how much you used the transloctor until the stats were brought up. I know you gibbed me a few times....DAWG!! I hate it when that happens. I enjoyed playing with you and your team. Already looking forward to the next game day.

F3 is over. (Whew) It takes alot out of me to do a Friday to Saturday Game day.. But we all survived!

Kudos to the Opiesilver, Morpheus, Elitor, and Chad Meyers team! You guys were great. I thought you guys had us on Coret Facility. Great competition.

Oh! and Opiesilver with the awesome stats. I think he had every record available. Go Opie!

Im just saying that to see who had more or less of somthing, one would have to take an avrage or somthing like that....

I.E. in trans locations you scored on top but If wolfy or I where to play as long as you did then one of use might acctualy held the title...

So, you see Im not saying you dident do a good job.... and Im not mad or anything like that but you realy cant compare apples and bannanas

I do think that you are a great UT player though and I love the chalenge when I play you...

Considering that Wolvy has over 33,000 translocator uses on the servers, I think time had something to do with it, but still! Opie had a goal, and he succeeded!

I tried. The camera took the pic but there was no image of him in the picture! Hmmmm... We need to see if Opie can walk in the sun guys! Or find out if he likes Garlic on his pizza! To be honest, I can care less if my stats are compared to someone else's. Everyone played awesome at the last game day as well as other game days before this one. As far as stats, I use them to see how I am doing so I can get better. Not to say if I am better than someone else.

Here's a thought! Maybe the GAME ADMINS could just log stats of just the tourney games, instead of including free play games. JUST A THOUGHT.

That way, if someone's name was on the stats list, it would be there because they performed during the actual tourney, when you are under pressure, not playing against bots.

Some people could just go out to the Ambush server at the game day, pick up a sniper rifle, and just snipe in a game (not ever having a bots hunt them down during the game) until their stats were up. And then maybe they might of grabbed a Flak Cannon and just killed bots with it so their name would be listed as the top with that weapon. They were just running around killing bots. People do that, you know.

But personally, I would be curious to see what the stats are during the tournament games ONLY, not during the other free games. If that is possible, maybe the GAME GODS could do so?

UT stats don't really mean anything anyway... Stats on a server don't win tourneys. I would rather win a Necklace from the tourney then stats on a server...

DOH! I do have a tourney necklace!

As a matter of fact, I have 2 !

It may sound pompous, that's not my intention. My point is, someone can have greater stats then another and still not win tourneys. No offence to anyone, just making a point.

I think what Dragon really wants is Tourney Stats Only...

If we could have two sets of stats one turny only and one freeplay only

that would solve a lot of gloting...

(also, Opie I just whant you to know that I dont think you cheated or played unfare, your a good UT player and if you decide to "run the stats up" thats fine with me but I still would like to use an avrage when comparring to other people....)

Nice thought guys, but there won't be a seperation of the stats, as there is no real support for that in the stats processor.
