I was in our UO server last night and working from home at the same time.  I slipped into spectate and starting working on some servers in the office on my laptop over the corporate VPN.

It was rather interesting to see the impact my activites on the laptop were having on the lagometer on my Home PC.  There was a little increase in the ping, but otherwise I could have kept working and played as well without any impact.  The real test would have been to have my wife also do things on the network.

that and then you should have tied to have 8 -10 large Downloads going at the same time. watch the lagometer turn into the taxometer:lol
