LAN Party!

CompUSA will be holding its new year LAN Party Saturday 01-22-05.

A $15.00 fee will be assessed for admissions.

There will be select Tournament’s with multiple games played. Tournament games will include Half-Life 2: Death Match, Half-Life 2: Counter Strike: Source, Unreal Tournament 2004, and any other games that have interest for tournament play.

Because this is a one day event there may not be enough time for all tournaments. The ones with the most players and interest will be played first.

There will be Prizes including Copies of Half-Life 2, Doom3 and other select software. They will be won by a drawing, during the Party.

LAN party Schedule.

10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Door’s open and setup. (Pay first than bring in system)

11:00 AM - 1:00 PM First LAN Tournament starts (Half-Life 2: Counter Strike: Source)

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Free for All (lunch break)

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Second LAN Tournament starts (Unreal Tournament 2004)

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Third LAN Tournament starts (Half-Life 2: Death Match)

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Fourth Tournament if there is interest or there will be a free for all.

8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Final hour, free for all and closing of the LAN party.

you missed it. we did a mini IRONMAN in 2k4 and i was only 7 above the 2nd place person. there were about 10 people in the ironman this time. They gave out tons of prizes like radeon 9200SE (i won 2) and a whole bunch of games and such. Make sure you come to the next one.
