How Jolly lost his License
« on: May 24, 2004, 12:40:29 PM »
One fine afternoon I was traveling to work. I was going 65 MPH in a 60 MPH zone. I crested over a hill and spotted a Officer of the Law. When I got on the off ramp I noticed him in me rear view mirror. by the way this happened in Bellevue at the 370 and 75 intersection Leaving 75 and turning on to 370. I turned left and I saw him turn on his lights. so I pulled over, and he followed. I was told I was do 80 in a 60. I said to him " Sir, I was only doing 65." "I clocked you at 80 on top of that hill" he remarked " My I see the radar or laser report?" He said he did have one and that it was a visual clock, I handed him the License and registeration and proof of insureance. he walks back to his car and writes a ticket for 70 in a 60. well I wasn't going to argue this time so I proceed to pay the ticket by mail.
that was a year ago last March.
So here I am at 3:00 AM toodleing along in my car and I drove right under a red light half way into the intersection and i look up and realize:eek: "that a red light!!! and i happen to look out the driver side window :eek:THATS A COP:eek: wellbeing the good boy I am I pullover right away before he had a chace to call it in and turn on his lights. "What happened back there?" I dunno Sir I just realized it was red when i was in the middle of the intersection and then I saw you and knew that there was know getting out of this one" he laughed and I handed my documetation over and next thing I know he says "well I can't let you dirve home, You license is suspended" my responce
Like deer in the headlights I stare.
It had been like that for a year and i had no clue, i call the court house and they said they had never recieved payment.
so now I am rasing money to drive again

How did you send in your payment?
Check?
Money Order?
Or, God forbid, cash?

Zoë: Shepard, isn't the Bible kind of specific about killing?
Book: Very specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzy around the area of kneecaps.
