yah, good event...im mnk btw, sucks there was no CS tourny, i was hoping on it and Z knows that. I had a great time, good prizes...hey atleast Pirate Lords pulled out a victory in CoD

Even though there wasnt a CS tourny, it went well. I also want to thank you for allowing me to organize those 1v1 and 2v2 tournies and I appreciate all of the competitors who played. If you have any suggestions for the next LAN ut2k3 1v1 tourny, contact me or instant message me, because I do care about your input.

I had a great time. I think the next one I am going to crash at my buddy Ben's house since he lives in Omaha. I couldn't keep going for the whole thing. (I'm a wuss) Sorry I couldn't pull it out for the Iron man competition.

Finally had a chance to post here.

Yes, we are going to post the pics and the results, but we need to make a few changes around here to free up some space.

We had a great time and regret that so many of the tounaments didn't go off. We were really looking forward to them. The next event will probably not have very many announced tourneys, but instead have more of the impromptu tourneys.

I would have liked to play more CoD though.
Thanks to everyone who came to the party, we loved having you, and look forward to having to the next one in September.

I really love setting up the 1v1 and 2v2 for all of you. It's a passion of mine and I am greatful that you allowed me to organize them. By the way, I won't compete in the next ironman and 2v2 cause I wanna relax and watch this time (plus i'll take pictures of ya while ya play). I would have really liked to have seen Crackaz come up for the CTF tourny, but maybe next time.

The one on one and FFA tourneys are great because there is no need for teams. Most people bring at least one friend so two on two works out good as well.

There never seems to be enough teams for games types like CTF. I'd like to see an Onslaught Tourney in the future, but from what I have seen in the past, there most likely won't be enough teams to get it rolling. The way it is now you have to bring your own team. If you don't have one when you get there you have to hope you can find one or form one. A suggestion would be to have a section of the site for people to form teams and sign up for them BEFORE the Lan party. That way people can show up expecting to be on a team for those types of tourneys and maybe people would be more fired up for them. Just a thought:bounce:

Another suggestion would be to have the team tourneys earlier. For most, 24 hours or more of gaming is a bit much. Hold the team tourneys the first day, and leave the one on one, two on two, and FFA tourneys for the die hards near the end. Again this is just my humble opinion:D

The pre registration of teams is something I am working on. The issue is the coding. I do PHP, but I don't have a great deal of knowledge on DB app coding. I am working on that however.
