ATI has new drivers out 3.6.

I'm using the omega driver’s gives better eye candy. Read the instructions first. You have to uninstall the control panel and any vcard tweaking program.

I take it you are referring to the RPC buffer overrun that was found this week?

Anbody using Windows NT and above needs to update their system.  Unless they are behind a firewall and never take their computer any where.

The new 3.6 driverhave been out for a week but I'm using these http://www.omegacorner.com/

These drivers have a hack option to turn your 9500 or 9700 to perform like a 9700 or a 9800

I just used the nVidia version of the Omega drivers.  Loaded them, then ran games in BR and UT.  Both ran excellent.
I actually saw >210fps standing in a corner.  I was running < 100fps that way.

Worth trying out!

ATI has their new drivers out 3.7 up to a 12%- 25% boost in high with AA settings in some games (2003). The Omega drivers are not out yet. I will wait for them. This guy has done an assume job. I'm playing R/S and people talking about the drivers. I'll let you know. He has drivers for a cards not just ati.
