I can get a NetGear 24 port Gig switch for $700. That's 24 ports @ a gig per port. Would make one hell of a LAN backbone.

If you guys are interested in one for Ambush, let me know ASAP and I will arrange to help you get it. I think it's a good deal.

I wish I could help. This weekend proved very, no I mean VERY expensive for me. While I was out playing UT, my wife was out toy shopping with the kids.

Let's just say that the Toys'r'us stock ought to look pretty good toady as it will be anaylist expectations.

He'res a link to the switch in question. It's still on liquidation. I don't think anyone knows exactly what it is or it'd be gone. Still only $700.
