M$ is forcing IE7 on us

Micro$oft has decided that due to "Security Concerns" they will push IE7 to all effective 2/14/08.

I hate this new version.  It has caused a LARGE number of issues on my home workstation, and once installed is practically unremovable.

Ah yes good old M$. Won't even let us make a decision for our selves.

I don't have any version of IE7, and I wanted to keep it that way.
Cant' the leave it alone.

Yep, except there are a few sites that require I use IE because their coders don't understand cross platform coding.  The website for my truck loan is a prime example.  The menus won't even show up if I use Firefox.

idiots.

XP will not run IE7 without SP1. and even then it crashes the OS. IE8 is comming out in the next six months. MS has two updates comming out for IE7, hopefully this will fix the problems. IE7 works very well with Vista I have not had any problems. Opera is a good alternative.
