Well it is to be at my house on Tuesday. I sent them an email and expressed my thoughts on how you can't confirm your order on line and have no phone number listed and asked how do I get a refund? They replied back two hours after they were closed and said their email system need to go to the next level and they wanted me to be a happy camper. Oh they also shipped it that night.I guess I don't get a refund.
Would I buy from them again? only if they are alot cheaper.

I'm up and running. It got here a day a head of time. I don't like the three day to process your order. Got my true power in 3 days from the day I ordered it. Sometime a guy just can't wait. They did respond to my email very quickly.

Turns out that they have hidden charges which cost me an extra $67.00 for what was a good deal turned into a bad deal. Didn't find out until I looked at my creditcard. They told me to send it back. Oh just tear apart my computer and have nothing for two weeks. I hope to make them pay by having the clan boycott them.

10/11/02 I found norton systemwork for $8 + $1 shipping on pricewatch, ordered it. It didn't come, called them, "the order didn't get processed right, I'll take care of it." Didn't come, received a phone call, "we wanted to know if you still wanted this" (it's about 2 months now).

Still didn't recieve the software.

Etc.

All in all, I called at least 4 times, and sent 2 emails, and received 2 phone calls from them asking if I still wanted this order.

I don't know. It was a $51 upgrade must have charged extra shipping which makes no sense ether.

Don,t buy a samsung hard drive from any one. I have a bad one and they will not respnod back to me.
