Having tested and compared VMWare and Microsoft virtualization products in a head-to-head  environment, this concerns me.

MS VM  tech sucks.  It's VERY slow, the management interface was kludgy at best, and the whole thing was resource intensive.  What do you suppose running the OS as a MS VM would be like?
