Bored? bad internet day? then head down to Arcade Interactice in Lincoln, Nebraska. Each player plays on his own 7.5 ft screen. Nothing but cash is required...what games you ask? ounter-strike, UT, Medal of honor, Firearms, racing games, Jedi outcast and more, they some change with new releases but classics always stay

No i dont work there but i am a big gamer and love this place, good atmosphere and fun people to play with. Atleast come down and check it out, it is worth your time to see. open tuesday-sunday 6pm-10pm 33rd and leighton in lincoln, right behind the audio visual.

The best times to come down are friday and saturday nights when u can be assured people will be there to play with...or else bring down a group of friends. The set up is great for team play.

Each game lasts 30 minutes for 5.00. If you fall madly in love with this place though you can always buy a membership which allows a permamnent game discount and you get to go to the members only nights where each game only costs a 1.00!!! We also have tournaments with computer games or cash prizes if enough people sign up for them(usually counter-strike or unreal tournament).

Feel free to bring down your game systems and game, also and hook them up to play on the 7.5 ft screens...yes they are that big.

while you wait for games you can play classic pinball machines, tron, galaga..
Ohh and plenty of cheap pop and munchies to buy.....

But don't go by what i say, come down and have a look for yourself.

U really should atleast give it a chance and come and see it.

I present a challenge to you UT players here..especially the ambush players....come and kick the crap out of an annoying regualr at the arcade who believes he is the UT freakin master. Then u can have his title..lol...:evil

Actually if u do come down tell me when u r and i can be there that day. It's a blast and worth any true gamers time.

The Ambush crowd is pretty quite for the most part. Everyone reads, but only a few have a mouth as big as mine. Isn't that right Boomslug?

LOl, well thats good to hear. You can atleast stop by and take a look if nothing else.

They open at 6pm and close when the business goes away.

Just wait....we are all in training right now for the big Day on Fri. and Sat. so just wait a few weeks and I'm sure there will be a showing if it's worth it. Many of us have wife's and kids, so our time is limited.

Unfortunately, I found out that they didn't open 'til 6pm the hard way.

Sorry Opie, I had a project this morning that took me to Lincoln. But, I think it would be fun to get a crew together some night and go teach them what a REAL spanking is like. (Let's just hope we are administering, not recieving! )

Shoot, I wish I had read your post earlier then. Didn't get to go into Action Interactive, since it doesn't open until 6pm, but we could hung out for a little bit.

I am in Omaha on another site for that project today. Should take up the morning, then I get to start running errands for Ambush! and the event.

Guys i would love to come and get slaughtered at UT and dish it back out in CS. but work is whats mainly keeping me away now...working till 11 pm and then sat morning from 9-3 cuts down my gaming time.......

How was the LAN? i have read good things so far. I really wish i could have made it. Maybe in the near future there will be one i can make and meet you guys to play a little UT get stomped then kill you all repeatedly in counter-strike..lol
