No matter how hard you try to push the envelope, remember it's only stationary.

I wonder how much it will cost. I just know the average user wouldn't be able to fill it.

All I have to say is "What's the point?"  Assuming that each song is 5 minutes long you could store 308411 songs on it.  That's 2.93 years of continuous playback.  Assuming that you only listened to your iPod for 4 hours per day, it would take you 6425 days or over 17.5 years.

Also there is the casual listener who will listen about 30 seconds of the song and then change tracks.

they said that it would me a multi media station, so it would have video files and some might even use it like a portible hard drive. i'm not saying that this will happen just that the way apple has been going the possibilities are endless.

also, anderson would fill it up notime flat, he already neads another hard drive

So 107 days of continous listening for those 30 bursts.  What is the point?

Don't ask me, ask the people who should just splice a whole group of songs into a single track.

Well if they release it at $499.00USD, you can't get a terrabyte of HDDs for that much.

The Mac has always had its usefulness, I just don't want to spent 4Gs for it.
Not a gaming machine but awsome in movie prodution, Graphics production and rendering, and Music Prodution.
