Interesting test, but I had to answer many of the questions with a yes or no when I was not agreeing or disagreeing with it.  There were conditional answers.

Yes, for example to say that a company should be able to make money and not monitor the impact on the environment would be very short sighted and foolish.  But that does not mean I want the EMP crawling up every companies arse.  Free Enterprise is the best economic system out there, but there does have to be corporate responsibility to society.  Unfortunately because of man's sin, recent history tells us that much of that responsibility has to be governmentally enforced. /rant off

Yep, and make sure you don't vote for the communist Ben Nelson again.  Actually it probably doesn't matter as the feds do what ever they want anyway.  Unless you have enough people backing an issue that could possibly force a recall election you will not get any Senator or Congressman to do the will of the people anyway.
