Title: OCZ is Filing for Bankruptcy

Sad to hear this, OCZ may be no more soon. I really liked their products even though they did tend to be a little more costlier.

Actually it looks like the company itself isn't disappearing as much as becoming part of Toshiba.  Apparently they were not keeping up their part of the deal with the companies that financed the IPO.  But that does seem to indicate that they probably didn't get the money they were expecting out of the IPO to fund research and production and ended up in debt.

Too bad.  Here's hoping Toshiba doesn't rip the company apart.
