So for those of you who remember the old days where you could just fire up a text editor and modify the boot.ini file when there was a problem or a change to the boot process for your PC, I give you the new way.
The is no longer a simple text file to edit and you are on your way. Now you have to know the BCDEdit command. This is a command run at the CMD window, and it somewhat cryptic to decipher. I found a nice link to a article talking about how to change a few of the settings, including the timeout when you have multiple OSes installed.
