Title: What to do to ebay hacker?

Hello my friends...long time.

I recently had my e-bay account compromised (it's fixed now).  Not sure how it happend, but I have an IP address from where it was changed from, which may or may not be valid.
So I'm asking you all, what do you think I should do to the person?
They changed my user name to stephen.mark7 and changed the email address to:
llo-694j@iximail.com

IP Address: 81.199.51.182
ISP Host: 10.10.63.253

You got hacked from Turkey?  It was probably an organized crime ring.

The first thing to do is figure out how they managed to hack your account in the first place and fix it.

You can use this website, http://www.dnsstuff.com , to lookup info on that ip address.
