Apparently with my new ASUS mobo, I will be able to do that with ease. So I'll find out from there.
-
only when I get it or if I get it soon......

The app is no longer supported accoring to the website for it. However, there is another that may allow you to change back, try http://www.wilsonc.demon.co.uk/d7resourceexplorer.htm
-
let's try it out.
-
i hope it works......cause that startup will mess with so many people at the next LAn
-
I just used Resource Explorer to export the standard graphic so it should work.

Huh?!?
Did you do something?
-
Did you figure it out, Jolly?
-
Can Jolly fix things?
-
I didn't get the new screen to work. I keep having problems with my pallets. If you were to look at the image just after you take it out of the 'ntoskrnl.exe' file it is all black. You need to load a new pallet. a 16 color pallet that is spacific to the image to see it. Then once you're done editing the image you need to load the all black pallet again, and save it. That is were my problem comes in. My all black pallet seem to be messed up. So when I insert the image back in to the file it causes a a violation error. So I gave up, for now I have other things to work on.
-
understandable.
-
we'll see what happes.
-
You could fix it by cleaning off the computer and reformat the hdd.
-
no he cant......
-
Yea, he can if he knew how.
-
Or by getting another copy of the file...
-
That might help, but its more fun to reformat and reload all of the time.
-
I don't need to fix it, I just want to change it. I am working with a copy of the file. not the sctual file. That'd be stupid.
-
If you fix it first, then you can change it.
