I changed the time for COD UO to 7:30pm. Does this work better for you guys? And if you want me to play COD UO and get my butt kicked then you have to play BF2 against us.

COD2 should be out before NETWAR X, might have to switch the tourney to that if everyone feels it's good.

It eats up alot more bandwidth too, but it sound so cool because

With it being PTT, and taking the bandwidth, I don't use the VOIP function. Besides, we have a Vent server that works fine for everyone but Wolvy. ;)

Why are you changing DNS servers all the time?? If your having so many problems, you should just run your own. Works great because you can flush bind's cache when you need an updated dns record instead of waiting 24 hours for it to be purged.

Wolverine, should have his line tested. Could be interference or weak signal (have him check his dB level at 192.168.100.1 if he has a motorola modem). His node might also be saturated, might need to have his line put on a different node. Or his cable modem is bad, have him take his modem and computer to somebody else's house in Omaha and try it there. That will let you know if it's the line or the modem.

Or... Jolly could use teh DNS servers for his website instead of COx's. But even then, they don't change either.

As for Wolvy... He just needs to call Cox period. Raise a fuss and they come fix it.

We had a pretty good time last night shooting it out. Will anyone be out there tonight for practice? I think we should talk over some strategy and start working out a plan of attack for COD2 and BattleField2.

ZW and I on one side with Ken and LoneWolf (who kept losing connection) on the other. Might have been more fair if LoneWolf wasn't losing connection and had his keys mapped. : )

All I remember is someone saying "LoneWolf is in a plane"...and 2 seconds later someone saying "Never mind...DarthGator just took him out". (please allow a 10% probability of slight wording error on the later statement) Wording 100% correct or not the hills were alive with the sound of Gator pown!!!

Post by: Mr_Anderson on November 17, 2005, 02:12:49 PM: After you unlock the new weapons, you can select them by going to the screen with the weapon list while in game and you will see a small box in the corner of each weapons main box. Then you click on that box and you will see the weapon change to the new one.

GREAT NEWS!!! I found some profiling software while I was surfing the net at 1am this morning. I am now playing HL2 and COD2 with a mouse and joystick. Most people think it's unnatural to use a joystick in a FPS but for me I'm right at home. We'll see if it does anything for my scores.

Also that is great news that you found the software you need to play properly. There is no natural way to play a game, I use 'W-A-S-D' format and before that arrows. ZW, uses another way, he keeps telling me but I forget. I know people who keypad their games, if you mouse and joystick, and own at it, more power to you, it also means people can't try and play you computer while you afk.

My parents are in Melbourne, FL on the coast. 1 hour east of Orlando. About 20 minutes sound of Cape Canaveral where the Shuttle launches from. I also have family in Ft. Lauderdale.

Now I'll be able to put a face with that rifle barrel that is always pointed at me. You guys did great in COD2. Congrats on taking 1st place home again! I was happy with the way Wolvey and I did in COD2 on a team that had never played together before. 3rd place isn't too bad. We were referred to as "the winning losers". Go figure! I was also happy with how we performed in BF2. Not bad at all for being so new to the game. I can't wait until next year's event. Just do me a favor...get Iowa some flight lessons before next years match. LOL I have to say the most awkward thing for me was Wovley telling me to turn around...and me seeing about 10 people standing behind me (in awe or terror, not sure which) watching me play COD2 with a joystick. Half of them had their mouth hanging open. It was the funniest thing I ever saw. Right up until the time Snauz walked up behind me and powned me in the back of the head with a rifle. Then there were 10 people standing behind me laughing. LOL It was awesome!

Since I'm still recovering from my almost zombie-like state on Saturday I'll leave it at that. Again...AWESOME to finally meet you all! For now...I'm outta here! :sleep::sleep::sleep:

My God, boy! Slow down and try to read what you say!! My head was hurting when I started, but now I need to take large amounts of caffiene to be able to see. You have snauzed so bad, I don't think ANYBODY can read that.

Post by: Mr_Anderson on November 22, 2005, 09:34:37 AM: I did some surfing to see if I could find anything right now, one guy claimed he was able to get the temp off his motherboard, but when people asked him to give out his code, he kept changing the subject.

Another piece of code I found was to just change the image of what you see on the keyboard when you first turn on your computer. This person used a bit map for the image and to make up the image, he used # and spaces. Each # was a blackend space on lcd screen.

If anyone wants that code, just email me.
