Title: Installing iTunes 10 Without the Extra Junk

Thought I'd post this if anyone actually uses iTunes. It's a good way of getting around all that extra software that is included.

I hate it too but unfortunately I have to use quicktime for some of the stuff I work on.

That is horrible.  There has to be a player for .qt files out there.

Unfortunately its not for viewing uses. If I was to watch a quicktime video, I'd use VLC player. I quicktime to render out videos because it produces a better compression.
