So.....I was clearing out some old, ok ancient, emails and came across the SETI @ Home project.  I have decided to once again donate spare cpu time to the project in the name of Team AMBUSH!    RAWR!!!!!!

ZWarrior:
Wow, talk about a throw back to the past. Need to find the old thread and look at the group info and how we are doing with the processing now that someone is processing again. :D
I may have some cycles on servers here at the house. Although I am thinking of moving them to a *nix blend since MS is getting so difficult with the licensing for Windows servers and I no longer pay the extortion fees for the Action Pack (it climbed to $600/year).
No doubt there are *nix clients for SETI.

ZWarrior:
Heh, so I finally get into my account there and what do I find out? My old domain controller, Dopy, has been diligently sending packets in for quite a long time and last sent a packet this morning!
He has submitted 282,387 packets total and averages 74.75 credits per check-in. Huh, whodathunkit?

opiesilver:
Oh my goodness......how many years now?

opiesilver:
Project SETI@home, total 89,282, average 142, since 15 Oct 2005.
