I also did come across an article about how someone was banned for using the G15 keyboard. From what it sounded like, Blizzard believed that the person was botting when he was using the keyboard. I will try and post it if I can find it again.

The problem is that they are within the Terms of Service agreement. Let's not forget, playing WoW is a priviledge not a right. We pay them to let us play within their rules.

It's like paying rent it's not your palce your just allow to use it for a small or large monthly fee. But at any point along the awy the land lord can dump your sorry butt on the street. blizzard = landlord
you = tenant
